It’s a scary thing to start a diet or workout program. But it can be an exciting process if done properly. You don’t have to yo-yo diet anymore or try workouts that you just can’t keep up with. Every person is different and unique and you MUST train to your individual needs. It’s all about learning your body and taking baby steps.
